PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT AT BLACK BOLT?
My proudest accomplishment at Black Bolt is each day when I finish a class. Everyday I am amazed and feel accomplished that I am actually doing CrossFit and enjoying it. It feels so good to feel stronger and healthier than the day before.
WHEN DID YOU FIRST START DOING CROSSFIT?
I started doing CrossFit the minute Black Bolt CrossFit opened. It has been 7 months.
HOW DID YOU FIND BLACK BOLT? WHY DO YOU TRAIN?
Let’s say “Black Bolt found me”. When you live with Jason and Lydia you just want to be the healthiest and best self you can be. They are both very motivational.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT?
My favorite movement is probably a split jerk. My least favorite would be wall balls….is that a movement?
DO YOU FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET PLAN? FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL:)?
Not really. I try to eat a more healthy diet with less processed foods. My favorite cheat - processed foods!
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY MOTIVATION TO WORKOUT?
Initially, my motivation was Jason and Lydia. Now, my results are my motivation.
ONE THING YOU HAVE DONE AT BLACK BOLT THAT YOU NEVER THAT YOU WOULD DO?
I never thought I would be standing on my hands and jumping on 20 inch boxes. Never did it before - why would I start now??

I love the ocean and Cape Cod. I would do anything to be by the water.
