PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT AT BLACK BOLT?
I am definitely proud of all of the progress I have made since i joined Black Bolt but I’d have to say my proudest accomplishment is , Getting fit and stronger day by day and being able to do workouts with proper technique. I must thank coach Jason for motivating me to do better and better every day.
WHEN DID YOU FIRST START DOING CROSSFIT?
I started doing crossfit six months ago and at Black Bolt.
HOW DID YOU FIND BLACK BOLT? WHY DO YOU TRAIN?
A friend of mine ( Bala) was going to Black Bolt and i tagged along…especially after very good feedback about Coach Jason. But honesty i have No Idea what i was getting into especially person like me never did crossfit before :) Glad I’ve made a right choice to accomplish my fitness goals. the trainings at Black Bolt crossfit are constantly challenging and pushing me to do better every day.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT?
For me...Favorite ..definitely...Deadlifts and Power cleans but least HSPU.
DO YOU FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET PLAN? FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL:)?
To some extent yes i do follow .. little healthier food with balanced protein and carbs.and less or no rice a meal plate. Cheat meal definitely be Chicken Biriyani ( Indian Recipe).. ice creams :)
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY MOTIVATION TO WORKOUT?
My main motivation is..everyday i feel i have accomplished something and brings me confidence that I’m fit, stronger and healthier :)
ONE THING YOU HAVE DONE AT BLACK BOLT THAT YOU NEVER THAT YOU WOULD DO?
ah..certainly Burpees ..NEVER would have done it :)

I love jogging..before Black Bolt, i was like 5 miles a day and 6 days in a week.but now I’m like 5 miles a day but once a week :) and cooking is my one of hobby... so far my cooking skill has been limited to indian recipes :)
