Proudest accomplishment at Black Bolt?
Recently putting 295lb on my back and doing a box squat. My overall proudest accomplishment is feeling fit enough to workout all week and not having it affect other activities.
When did you first start doing CrossFit?
I started one year ago in May. One of the first members to sign up and I have never been happier!
How did you find Black Bolt? Why do you train?
To stay healthy and get stronger. You know the typical reasons. Oh and to move man weight!
What is your Favorite and least favorite movement?
Believe it or not I do like Thrusters. My least favorite movement has to be anything snatch.
Do you follow a specific diet plan? Favorite Cheat meal:)?
I try to eat 3 meals a day and just do my best to cut out the stuff I know is bad for me. My favorite cheat meal is Pizza. The unhealthy kind :)
What is your daily motivation to workout?
I feel like crap if I don't. I also really love the community at Black Bolt!
One thing you have done at Black Bolt that you NEVER that you would do?
Handstand for sure!.
One song that gets you amped up during a WOD?
I don't really have a song but I love when songs are meshed together with techno. I like to beat the beat up.
Tell us something about yourself that we don’t already know.
I have one blue eye and one half blue/brown eye. The brown portion seems to change colors too.
