I would probably have to say being chosen for this! Close second would be almost reaching the top the fist time rope climbing (this girl doesn't like heights)!

HOW DID YOU FIND BLACK BOLT? WHY DO YOU TRAIN?
I found out about Black Bolt through a friend and attended run club once or twice first! I am my biggest competition, I train to be a better me than I was yesterday!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT?
I'd have to say my least favorite would be wall balls, and I'm not just saying because we did 140 today! I'd say my favorite is probably back squats!
DO YOU FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET PLAN? FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL:)?
Ummm what's a diet plan? Just kidding, I'm starting the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge in January to hopefully get my diet on track! If I'm gonna have a cheat meal it's probably gonna include a burger and fries!
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY MOTIVATION TO WORKOUT?
I've never been a morning person until I started CrossFit, now I wouldn't want to start my day any other way! The positivity and energy i get from a 6am workout is just what I need to carry through the rest of the day.
ONE THING YOU HAVE DONE AT BLACK BOLT THAT YOU NEVER THAT YOU WOULD DO?
There are too many things, I never thought I'd ever get into any sort of weightlifting so I feel like I surprise myself with what I can do everyday!

I love all music, if you can't tell by me singing along during most workouts! "As Lydia once said I saw you singing and swinging" I'm pretty sure that was to a Brittany or NYSYNC song!
