To date this honor has been the proudest moment. I look forward to many future accomplishments.
WHEN DID YOU FIRST START DOING CROSSFIT?
October 15th 2011. So happy I did.
HOW DID YOU FIND BLACK BOLT? WHY DO YOU TRAIN?
I was lucky enough to know Randy G from another box and he kept telling me about Black Bolt. I was honestly 1 day from joining another box when I decided to give bb a try. Once I met Jason and Lydia I just knew where belonged. Why do I train? Well aside from never receiving any checks from Reebok, I train to feel good. It's that simple. I feel horrible when I DONT go and may sound crazy but get psyched to go and would if I could every day. Sometimes my body has a different plan. I truly love the CrossFit model. Rest assure however not all boxes are equal.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT?
Fav: hang power clean
Least fav: deadlifts and thrusters... It's a toss up.
DO YOU FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET PLAN? FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL:)?
No diet plan just keep portions small. Cheeseburgers are definitely my cheat.
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY MOTIVATION TO WORKOUT?
Honestly it just makes me feel great and sets a good example for my kids.
