Fundamentals


 
 

Black Bolt Fundamentals will prepare you for your continued progress to achieve elite fitness!

  • Fundamentals consists of 6 Personal Training Sessions.
  • PT Sessions will be scheduled by appointment with a Coach!
  • You will learn:
    • Proper Technique
    • Movement Patterns
    • Mobility Exercises

After completing Fundamentals you will have the confidence to move forward to our regular CrossFit Classes! 

NOTE:
We do not do CONTRACTS or long term commitments... however there is a 2 FULL month agreement to any of our 3 membership types after completing Fundamentals. This is to ensure you get the full benefits of our program! From there you will automatically be switched to MONTH-to-MONTH!
