Black Bolt Fundamentals will prepare you for your continued progress to achieve elite fitness!

  • Fundamentals consists of a minimum of 5 Personal Training Sessions.

    • 10 Session package available

  • PT Sessions will be scheduled by appointment with a Coach!

  • You will learn:

    • Movement Patterns aka How to Move!

    • Proper lifting Technique

    • Mobility Exercises

    • Nutritional Guidance

After completing Fundamentals you will have the confidence to move forward to our regular CrossFit Classes!
