A membership “HOLD” freezes your membership for the dates that you select.

Common reasons might include injuries, traveling, or increased work responsibilities. The minimum hold period is “4 weeks” and the maximum hold period is “8-weeks.”

Please note that this is NOT a termination request.

There is a limit of “2” membership hold requests per calendar year.
