1. What brought you to CrossFit?
I had just started to work out again in early 2017. By summer I was really loving my workouts but I had heard about CrossFit and I wanted to learn more about it! I wanted to learn new things so that my workouts would be fun and have variety!
2. What was your first impression?
Jason cares very much about the people who are gym members and is a stickler for form and safety! I liked this about him since I was new to lifting weights and was scared about getting hurt.
3. What’s been your biggest accomplishment?
I can actually run again! When I started at Black Bolt, I had not run in YEARS! Like since high school! Look at me now!
4. What are you working on now?
My weightlifting form; pull ups and toe to bar! Oye!.
5. What’s your favorite Black Bolt CrossFit memory?!
There is not a specific memory for me. I just like that everyone is in it together and that I get to work out with all around really awesome athletes and humans!
But the Filthy 50 still resonates in my muscles. Just sayin’!
