1. What brought you to CrossFit?
There are two reasons why I joined CrossFit… Being to become fitter and healthier and lose weight! Second, It is next to my apartment, wouldn’t want to miss that chance!
2. What was your first impression?
My first impression was great, when I first walked in asking for information, Jason was very helpful and motivating! The facility was extremely well maintained ( I have been to other CrossFit centres and trust me, it wasn’t as clean as Black Bolt!)
3. What’s been your biggest accomplishment?
Before joining CrossFit, I couldn’t run (meaning hardly 30 secs). Now, after 4 months of CrossFit, I can run continuously for 5 minutes without stopping!!! Personally, that’s my biggest accomplishment:)
4. What are you working on now?
Currently I am working on getting my form right for Snatch and cleans, and hoping to start doing pull ups without the help of box or band.
5. What’s your favorite Black Bolt CrossFit memory?!
My two favourite Black Bolt memories are when I first finished my metcon within the cap limit! Also when I got my first medal for my strength performance (in the Wodify app). Jason, Jennifer, Zach and Derrik are wonderful coaches, they all motivate us and help us perform better!
