1.What brought you to CrossFit?

I wanted to increase my physical endurance. I really like setting and exceeding goals. I wanted to make friends that share the same passion and are crazy enough to like doing the same thing!

2.What was your first impression?

Wow, this is way better than I ever imagined!

3.What’s been your biggest accomplishment?

When I started I had some weird idea you could only lift you own body weight (yeah go ahead and laugh but don’t asK and I now squat more than that :)

4.What are you working on now?

Perfecting technique and consistency!!!

5.What’s your favorite Black Bolt CrossFit memory?

Looking back at where I was just a few months ago and knowing how much farther I can still go!
